Pd66's take on RPG style servers

Feydark is mentioning that this isn't very "rpg style", and i completely agree.
Here's what I propose for when the time comes:
++ Everyone should belong to a certain faction, Heads of the faction can choose allies, enemies, and neutrals
----(minus admins who want to remain nutral, but some admins can take sides)
----Different jobs within a faction, IE: builder, miner, farmer, shopkeeper, knight, monster exterminator
++ Arenas for inter-kingdom battles
---- Fight for prizes in arenas, not wars
---- Also for bragging rights
++ A new set of rules specific for actual RPG
---- This would include: Rules on proper warfare
Rules on proper kingdoms
Rules on traveling/trading
++ Monsters
---- Removed creeper explosions of course
Things Needed:
>> Proper plugins
<<<< Hypothetically I would like to choose/program them myself, I have a few plugins in the beginning stages
>> Admins TO ENFORCE RULES/CHANGE FACTIONS
<<<< Previous admins who don't do anything but wave around their power will have to be removed
<<<< These previous admins will instead be Kings/Queens/Rulers instead of "Admin"
<<<< Admins won't actually participate in RP, They are going to be dedicated people at the top of command (under owner)
<<<< Rulekeepers (essentialy moderators) Will be under admins, and will be assigned to a specific town to watch
<<<< R.K.s can roleplay, and will be basically the king's appointed official
>> Dedicated Players
<<<< No players begging, whining, or complaining that they got greifed/killed
<<<< Greifing should not be a part of warfare (special rules on entering forts will be made)
<<<< A better request system as well, simply saying "do you promise not to grief" isnt the best interview
And thats about it, now, post comments, suggestions, complaints, or praise below

Great idea! Connor needs to consider this, It could make the server a lot funner.

great idea! there could be different clans/teams and make a base for all of the ppl on your side to go/team chest and like have leaders of each team like person said.

I also think that in order to obtain the jobs, the people will need a liscense, ie a builders, farmers, miners, slayers permit or something of the sort
It would also be a good idea to make people pay for their permits/limit their permits

maybe if we enter like wars between clans we can demolish homes...but we leave em supplys to rebuild(cause that would be plain out coldly cruel)and all they gotta do is if they don't wanna be part of war they just leave sign out side of house saying i am not part of any wars(leave me be) but it would be a lot funner
