Can't Connect? Empty Can't Connect?

i was trying to log on this morning and it just kept saying "Logging in..." then it goes to " Connection Lost
Internal Execption: Java.net.SocketTimeOutException: Read Timed Out" I tryed about 10 times and it did not let me in. Can some one help me and Is any one else experiencing these problems please reply!!!!!!!!!
